The Man Who Turned Into A Stick
In Kobo Abe's masterful trilogy, three one-act plays chronicle the journey of one man's life. He experiences birth (Suitcase), life (The Cliff of Time), and death (The Man Who Turned Into A Stick), all the while the shadow of his past looms over him. The choices he must live and die with will cause one to question their own.
