Liam Downey and his older brother, Sean Downey, must see their vision through the finest eyes available. Throughout history, many brothers have banded together to battle the thunderous production of music. Now, by working out their differences and squashing any family beef that has been passed "down" through the Downey generations the Fabulous Downey Brothers can overcome the microcosmic obstacles that keep them from failing as musicians on a macrocosmic level - and these boys have a lot of beef to work out. With the help of their friends and family they hope to level up and break through the atmosphere of mediocrity. Their new album "Squiggle Dot Dot" is set to be released June 6 on Swoon Records. Oh yeah, and they opened for The B-52s once. Recent winner of the Seattle Deli's Artist of the Month. Skye's cavernous, echoing vocals are perfectly complemented by a brooding bass line and swirling bed of distortion. The prevailing vibe is smooth but urgent, with enough reverb to drown inan ethereal, prodding sound that'll melt your senses and send you to the moon.

Spacecraft is Bainbridge Island's new non-profit arts presenter, an inclusive experience in which innovative works by up-and-coming artists across disciplines are curated to feed the culturally hungry in Kitsap County. Spacecraft is committed to bringing the freshest and most progressive multi- disciplinary artists, composers and performances from around the world to like-minded Kitsap County residents.
