Though the Nazis may have imprisoned and ultimately murdered many of Europe's most talented composers, poets, and other artists, their voices live on through their art. The first half of Voices from Imprisonment features two of these imprisoned voices, while the second half celebrates the resilient spirit of those who managed to put on concerts and make art, thereby retaining their integrity, despite all odds.
