An Evening Buffet with Anupy Singla and House of India: INDIAN FOR EVERYONE

You are invited to join bestselling cookbook author and America's favorite Indian food expert Anupy Singla for an exciting culinary event. House of India and Subterranean Books will co-host this unique, one-night-only dinner featuring specially made dishes inspired by Ms. Singla's newest book, INDIAN FOR EVERYONE. Vegetarian and meat dishes will both be available.

$53 admits one and includes one copy of "Indian for Everyone." $83 admits two, includes one copy of "Indian for Everyone," and $5 will be rebatable towards the purchase of a second copy at the event. $113 admits three, includes one copy of "Indian for Everyone," and $5 will be rebatable towards the purchase of two copies at the event.

Ms. Singla, who'll be visiting St. Louis as part of her ongoing book tour, will be discussing the various regional traditions of Indian food, the health secrets of Indian spices, and how to easily make authentic Indian dishes at home. She'll also be telling her inspiring story of growing up Indian-American in suburban Philadelphia and changing careers from award-winning television anchor to food blogger and successful entrepreneur. Dinner will be served buffet style and guests will have the opportunity to ask Ms. Singla questions and have her sign copies of her book.
