Apples from the Desert
Love, reconciliation and tradition Rivka, the only daughter of Ultra Orthodox Jewish parents is unhappy in her life and begins to secretly expose herself to the secular world. She discovers dancing and befriends Dubi, a young man from a kibbutz. Her strict father reacts by setting her up with a widower with three children. She rebels by fleeing to the kibbutz. The conflict with her family culminates in a moment of truth when she forces her parents to confront themselves and their ways.
