B.ay A.rea D.erby Girls Presents the East Bay Mêlée
The B.ay A.rea D.erby (B.A.D.) Girls return to Richmond for more hard hitting action with the East Bay Mêlée.
The Berkeley Resistance, the newest edition to B.A.D., will be playing their first home game against the original B.A.D. East Bay team, the Oakland Outlaws. The game will be held at the Craneway Pavilion on Saturday, 3/19. Doors open at 6pm; game starts at 8pm. Seating is general admission so arrive early to secure your spot.
Check out our vendor village showcasing some of the best local businesses and organizations in the Bay Area. Purchase raffle tickets to win a VIP couch with a round of beers on us. Enjoy our blue collar drink special; $5 for a shot of whiskey and a beer.
Tickets are $13 in advance and $15 at the door. This is an all-ages event. Children under 5 get in free! Special rates apply to groups of 10 or more. Contact pr@bayareaderbygirls.com for details.

DRIVING: San Francisco: Take 80 Westbound to 580 Westbound. Follow 580 Westbound towards Pt. Richmond. Exit Harbor Way South. Turn right onto Cutting Blvd. Make an immediate right onto Harbor Way South.
From Oakland: Take 880 Northbound to 580 Westbound. Follow 580 Westbound towards Pt. Richmond. Exit Harbor Way South. Turn right onto Cutting Blvd. Make an immediate right onto Harbor Way South.
From North Bay: Take 580 Eastbound towards Richmond Bridge/Oakland. Exit Way South. Merge onto Hoffman Blvd. Turn right at Harbor Way South.
From South Bay: Take 880 Northbound towards Oakland. Merge onto 80 Eastbound. Make slight right to merge onto 580 Westbound towards San Rafael/Point Richmond. Exit Harbor Way South. Turn right onto Cutting Blvd. Make an immediate right onto Harbor Way South.

Established in 2004, the B.A.D. Girls are a full contact, women's flat track roller derby league consisting of five teams: The San Francisco ShEvil Dead, The Oakland Outlaws, The Richmond Wrecking Belles, The Berkeley Resistance, and a traveling all-star team, the nationally-ranked Golden Girls.
B.A.D. is a fully skater-owned and operated 501 (c)(3) non-profit with a mission to provide amateur athletic entertainment to the Bay Area.
B.A.D. is a proud member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), the official governing body for modern roller derby, and is currently ranked #3 in the West.
