Storied Dishes
Part memoir, part cookbook, STORIED DISHES is a collection of compelling stories by 50 women from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. Each story revolves around one special recipe in the life of the author, a recipe inherited from a mother, grandmother, friend or even lover.
Several of the writers are NYWCA members, eight of whom will be reading excerpts from the book. Several of the book's recipes will be prepared to be enjoyed and shared.
