Everybody Needs Somebody - 2011 OFF
Everybody Needs Somebody chronicles the lives of three lonely characters united by a kidnapping: David, Maggie, and Daylen. David suffers a head injury which leaves a few screws loose. As a head trauma victim, his personality changes, and his longtime girlfriend, Delia leaves him at the beginning of the film. With his livelihood taken away, he does everything he can to win her back. Maggie and Daylen both live alone and are having a hard time finding joy in the monotony of their day-to-day lives. They both are struggling with the adjustment to adulthood and their strained family relationships. This is a multi-plot story involving the three characters day-to-day lives and the kidnapping spectacle that unites them. As the story unfolds we learn more about the characters and the motives behind the kidnapping.
