Back to Basics: From Planter to Plate
Eating leafy greens everyday is a great way to take care of your body - and many varieties of greens can be grown in containers on porches and patios. In this workshop you will learn three recipes using kale, arugula and chard, and will transplant seedlings into recycled containers to take home for a year round harvest. Taught by health educator and food security advocate Sabrina Wu and garden educator Ami Puri. (Classes subject to cancellation and a full refund if attendance is low)
