City Market Crawfish Festival

The City Market presents a Kansas City classic: Crawfish Festival on Friday, June 26, 2015!

Enjoy the flavors and soul of the south featuring the beloved Bon Ton Soul Accordion Band, the MGD's, traditional Cajun fare and cold drinks!

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Locally based band the MGD's will take the stage at 7:00 p.m. With their nitty-gritty elements of funk, soul, jazz and a splash of angsty rock, the MGD's are a six-piece powerhouse that will kick Crawfish Festival off right.

Headlining the night, the beloved Bon Ton Soul Accordion Band will take the stage at 8:30 p.m. This rowdy, rollicking, raucous band was a staple of the original Crawfish Fiesta and was inducted into the Kansas Music Hall of Fame in 2014. The band retired in 2001, and has enjoyed an overwhelmingly positive reception since returning to the Kansas City music scene a year ago.

Parking will be $5.00. Tickets to the event are $15 and are available in advance at brownpapertickets.com and at the door the day of show CASH ONLY. Ticket price does NOT include food and drinks.
