(mostly) TRUE THINGS May Storytelling Show
(MOSTLY) TRUE THINGS FEATURES TRUE STORIES - WITH A TWIST - TOLD LIVE WITHOUT NOTES. EACH SHOW PRESENTS FOUR STORYTELLERS WHO SHARE AN 8-10 MINUTE STORY FROM THEIR OWN LIFE. ONLY ONE OF THEM IS TELLING THE UNVARNISHED TRUTH, THE OTHER 3 CHANGE SOME DETAILS OR INCLUDE CAREFULLY-CRAFTED LITTLE WHITE LIES. BY THE END OF THE EVENING, THE WHOLE TRUTH COMES OUT, WITH THE HELP OF THE AUDIENCE. PRIZES ARE INVOLVED. EVERY SHOW HAS 4 ENTIRELY NEW STORIES SO EACH ONE IS AN ENTIRELY UNIQUE EXPERIENCE.

STORIES BY: Heather Forest, award-winning recording artist, children's book author, and storyteller. Her many performance credits include The Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C., The National Storytelling Festival, TN, The Museum of Modern Art, NY, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Scotland, Tales of Graz Festival, Austria, and the Glistening Waters Storytelling Festival, New Zealand. She has been a featured teller at major storytelling festivals throughout the United States, a keynote speaker at the National Storytelling Congress (USA), and has taught storytelling and communication arts seminars as a guest lecturer at universities and at the National Storytelling Institute (USA) in Jonesborough, Tennessee.

Regina Pasqualino is a classically trained character actress who will be appearing in a staged reading of a new original work Love, Sex & Menopause at the Davenport Theater in NYC on May 7, 21 and 28. She has appeared in feature films as well as plays, including Bug and Enchanted April. The New York Times described her performance in Bedtime Stories as "absolutely hilarious." She is also a gifted hairdresser and a former NYC police officer.

Michael Ryan is a heavy equipment operator for over 20 years, and former Boy Scout leader. He is a dedicated father and grandfather with 8 grandchildren who loves a good story.

Terri Morrissey is Co-Director of the Performing Arts Studio of New York. She is an actress and singer with over twenty years of experience teaching theater workshops for children. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY at Fredonia.
