Bistro Supper Club
Join us for a gourmet "theme" dinner prepared each month by Dr. Jane Liedtke in our bistro kitchen. Dinner will include appetizer while you meet other dinner guests, a starter, main course served family-style at our pub tables, and dessert with coffee/tea. BYOB.
Live musical entertainment during dinner by local jazz-blues guitarist/singer, Phil Clement.
Garlic Naan and cucumber salad with a yogurt-sour cream sauce. AlooGobi-roasted cauliflower and potatoes with curry and green peas. Chicken and lobster tikka masala-chicken/lobster meats are marinated in yogurt sauce and oven-baked served with a medium-spiced tomato-based creamy curry sauce. Lamb meatballs with a vindaloo sauce (spicy). Basmati rice with golden raisins. Cinnamon rice pudding.
