Master Pairing Dinner: Stone Brewing Co. & Beachwood Brewing
You read that right: a beer pairing dinner featuring all IPAs. What more could San Diegans ask for?!
Beachwood Brewing & Stone Brewing Co. have partnered up and enlisted the help of the veritable Certified Cicerone "Dr." Bill Sysak and Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station Banquet Chef Darren Thomas to craft an evening devoted to the three best letters in the alphabet: I-P-A.
Your $65 ticket includes entrance to the event, a four-course dinner complete with eight beer pairings, and the opportunity to rub elbows with special guests Julian Shrago, Mitch Steele, and "Dr." Bill Sysak.
It'll be a coming together of two masters creating pairings guaranteed to make you very hoppy.
