Produce Dinner: Olive Oil

Join us for a first on two fronts: our first olive oil dinner featuring olio nuovo and our first dinner with two producers! We are celebrating Sierra Orchards historic mission olive trees as well as Free Spirit Farms amazing winter vegetables. Sean from Sierra and Toby from Free Spirit happen to be friends, and this is a happy collaboration. They will both be sitting at our big cypress table to share Linh Phu's multi-course vegetarian meal and answer your questions.

Answer:	Yes, wine is included in the price. Thank you!

Question:	Will this be entirely vegetarian, vegan perhaps? Please elaborate on menu. Thanks!
Answer:	Hello! The menu is vegetarian, but not vegan. Since we leave complete creative control to our chefs, our menus are a little unfinalized until the day of the meal. However, I do know the menu should include argula and calendula flower salad and a savory tarte tatin. Thank you!
