Morel Hunt

Hi All!!

We are so thrilled to announce our first Slow Food Event of 2015. Drum roll please........

We're going on a Morel Hunt!

Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 9:00am CST (10:00am EDT)

We have the honor of being escorted by Leon Shernoff, the editor of the Mushroom Journal, who has chosen the hunting spot - which of course will be kept a secret.

How will this work, you wonder?
We will meet at Milda's in Union Pier, Michigan (9901 Town Line Road, off Red Arrow Highway) at 9:00am CST (10:00EDT) and follow Leon to the designated hunting ground.

This hunt will be fun, but also informative, as Leon will drop some knowledge on morels, how/where they grow, what to look for, what they look like (in case you didn't already know) and so much more!
