Event
Alumni Retreat for Leadership Calgary and Edmonton Alumni
*This event is postponed until the Fall*
We've all had those moments - flashes of clarity where we catch a glimpse of the bigger picture and get a sense of what it means to be alive and human. Those moments feed our soul and help us to be intentional about how we engage with life - but they're difficult to sustain. Unless those moments of clarity are carefully tended and integrated, they can be buried by the minutia of everyday life. As H.G. Wells puts it "The relapse into everydayism is too easy."
Our Alumni Retreat is designed to help you reconnect to the bigger picture, explore ways of living with higher-level purpose and discipline, and deepen your understanding of the Human Venture Framework. It also provides an opportunity to reconnect with others who are on this journey and reengage with the Leadership Calgary learning communities. Good for your heart, good for your soul. We hope you'll join us.
This retreat is similar to the Fall retreat we ran in Banff, facilitated by Elizabeth Dozois and Blythe Butler. If you came to the Fall retreat, the content will be similar.
