DIRTY CELLO, THE LITTLEST BIRDS
Dirty Cello...cello like you've never heard before. Starting with a bang and never stopping, Dirty Cello features the virtuosic cello stylings of Rebecca Roudman, one of the San Francisco bay area's most exciting cross-over cellists. Dirty Cello takes you on a wild tour of up tempo music featuring down home blues, Eastern- European dance music, a bit of bluegrass, and some classic rock. With a truly unique voice, Dirty Cello presents a high energy performance of everything a cello can do. Having wowed audiences in numerous tours throughout the U.S., plus acting as cultural ambassadors to China and working the European festival circuit, Dirty Cello has a unique voice that's resonated around the world.
The Littlest Birds are a dynamic cello and banjo duo presenting a unique, warm, and dynamic style of Americana music that has been thrilling audiences across the United States, Canada, and most recently a two three week tour in Europe with Joe Craven and Cafe Musique. They've performed at such renown festivals as the Vancouver Folk Music Festival in B.C., and the Oregon Country Fair, as well as regional festivals such as the San Francisco Free Folk Festival, Beartrap Summer Festival in Casper WY, Live Oak in Santa Barbara, CA, the C.B.A.'s Father's Day Bluegrass Festival in Grass Valley, Pickamania in Silver City NM, and the Millpond Music Festival in Bishop, CA. Since 2010 they've released three albums, and their last album "Live and Lucky" was hailed by Gideon Thomas of No Depression Roots Music Magazine as "a wonderful record -- full of life, love, and ideas, and a band who love what they do and give that love to audiences, whether live or on record."
