In this workshop with Amy Jo Goddard, you will experience in-depth discussions, movement and practices that will help you claim the passion, possibilities and pleasure of your orgasm.
Participants will:
- identify the 5 most common blocks to opening up to pleasure and orgasm
- tap into the wellspring of sexual energy that is always available to you
- explore the four tools of orgasm and pleasure so you can bring them into your solo and partnered life
- create embodied practices that build and nourish your sexual energy
