Inclusive Casting Workshop
Do you want to: * Diversity your casting pool? * Learn more effective strategies for reaching actors of color? * Understand casting through a racial equity lens? * Eliminate barriers that are preventing you from reaching the acting talent you seek? Then register to attend!
This interactive workshop will include lecture presentation, small group work, and panel Q & A, and is ideal for Artistic Directors, Directors, Casting people, Producers, Actors, Educators and Students.
This workshop is free, but we'll happily accept any small, completely optional donation you'd like to make at the door, all the proceeds of which will be shared with the actors used in the workshop demos.
We are offering two separate sessions of the same workshop so people can choose which session best fits their schedule. * Thursday, May 7 from 1 - 4pm at the Seattle Rep * Tuesday, May 19 from 7 - 10pm at the Center House Theatre
Presented by SIS Productions with in-kind support from The Seattle Repertory Theatre and Theatre Puget Sound.
