A guest appearance from our old friend Clay Gordon! Clay Gordon is the author of Discover Chocolate (Gotham Books, 2007), the creator and moderator of TheChocolateLife.com, an on-line community for chocophiles and aspiring chocophiles, and is the driving force behind TheChocolateChronicles.com, a motivational/inspirational site/newsletter that chronicles the efforts of people all over the world who make a difference - with and through chocolate.

He travels the world extensively for all things chocolate and we are excited to catch up with him, learn more from him, and discuss his most recent chocolate travels.

The NYC Degustation Advisory Team is Chris Cuzme & Mary Izett, dedicated to the promotion and appreciation of Craft Beer through creative and delectable food pairing.
