Anne Galjour - STARS AT NIGHT
Part of the San Francsico Treasure Series. STARS AT NIGHT is the newest work-in-progress by nationally acclaimed writer/performer Anne Galjour. Set in the Bay Area, the piece explores the natural world, people in migration and a song sparrow with a broken wing. She and John Balma perform this new piece directed by David Dower. Galjour is best known for her play ALLIGATOR TALES, which originally played at Berkeley Rep, directed by Sharon Ott, and subsequently played at the Manhattan Theatre Club, Actor's Theatre of Louisville, and Seattle Rep. Galjour's work has also been seen at BRAVA Theater Center, Z Space, Aurora Theatre, and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, among many others. Includes a post-show receptions with the artist.
