Tahoe Youth Ballet Spring Repertory Season 2011
Tahoe Youth Ballet presents its third annual repertory season featuring local and guest artists in the beloved Frank Sinatra Showroom in the Cal Neva Lodge. The program will feature guest artists Peter Snow, formerly with Los Angeles Ballet and Lauren Toole of NYC's New Chamber Ballet alongside seven of Tahoe's finest young dancers. Works to bepresented include ballets by TYB's Artistic Director Christin Hanna,the Royal Danish Ballet's Constantine Baecher, Manhattan Youth Ballet's Deborah Wingert, ad hoc ballet Artistic Director Deborah Lohse, and guest artist Lauren Toole, to the music of Philip Glass, Claude Debussy, Patrick Soluri, Sigur Ros, and Arnold Schoenberg.
