American Blues Theater's 25th Anniversary Season Gala
American Blues Theater celebrates its 25th Anniversary Season Gala on March 8, 2011 at Victory Gardens Biograph Theater. The evening begins at 5 p.m. with the VIP salon pre-benefit-reception featuring a performance by guest artist E. Faye Butler. At 6 p.m., the general festivities begin with appetizers and drinks. The program begins at 7 p.m. with opening remarks by emcee Joan Esposito, followed by a rarely seen performance of Tennessee Williams' "American Blues- Collected One Acts". Immediately following the performance, a live auction will be held and the winner of the Blue Ink Award will be announced. The evening rounds out with dessert and the chance to mix and mingle. VIP tickets are $175 and include complimentary valet parking; admission to the VIP pre-benefit salon reception with guest artist, open full bar, appetizers; and seating in the front rows for the performance. General admission tickets are $125 and include open wine bar, appetizers and general admission seating for the performance. The entire ticket price goes to benefit the company and their productions.
Ticket sales end online 24 hours prior to the event. Tickets will be available on the night of the event at the door, payable by cash, check or credit card.
