Wholesale Success Workshop - Orange County
A one day workshop exploring successful wholesaling techniques for small and medium-scale farmers,including a "meet-the-buyers" session, led by Jim Slama of FamilyFarmed.org in Chicago. The workshop will also include a farmer-friendly overview of current food safety issues as well as information on the certification process presented by Cornell's GAP expert, Betsy Binh.
Lunch will be provided at each location, and is included in the cost of the workshop. The comprehensive Wholesale Success Manual (a $50 value) will be provided to each attendee free of charge.
