The History of the Cocktail (Book)
In this two-hour class you'll learn about the history of the cocktail and cocktail books from two experts in the field: Don Lindgren, owner of Rabelais one of the premier cookbook shops in the world, and John Myers, bartender at The Portland Hunt + Alpine Club. They will take you through the history of the cocktail as it pertains to cocktail books and cocktail ephemera.
