February Dine Around at Olivia Bistro

Chef/Owner Alain Bennouna will introduce us to his new Mediterranean bistro, Olivia, by preparing a dinner of tapas. Dishes he is proposing include salade compose (an array of 5 salads), goat cheese drops (phyllo dough stuffed with goat cheese), roasted fennel and orange salad, okra salad, braised ox tail and endive with lemon confit, salmon sliders, a selection of sausages (including lamb, veal and chicken), leg of lamb with fig stuffed eggplants and Olivia's sweets for desserts. All this will be accompanied by a sampling of his sangrias. Alain will also talk to us about his life and his food.
