Quattrosound

Quattrosound, is a fresh, new and innovative ensemble that blends Latin POP, JaZZ and ClassICAL Crossover into their own genre "POPZZICAL," a musical experience as fun as it is brilliant. The best way to experience Quattrosound is to see and hear them on stage, where you will feel the passion and energy that is overtaking every listener of their music. 14th Annual Latin Grammy Nominee for Best New Artist, Quattrosound is raising the bar of originality with fresh composing and arranging that "pays homage to the classics" and forges a new contemporary sound.

The four talented musicians of Quattrosound are individually each a master of their trade. They found each other in the rich multi-cultural film-soundtrack recording studios, orchestras and live performance worlds that are based in Los Angeles. Each has earned a well established and highly respected presence in the recording and live performance industries there. Together they combine their love for various musical styles and cultural backgrounds to create an incredible new sound they are sharing with the world.

Quattrosound embodies the diversity that is LA today. Members include Giovanna Moraga Clayton, born in Toluca, Mexico, on cello and vocals; Kay-Ta Matsuno, from Osaka, Japan, on guitar and vocals; Jorge Villanueva, from Tijuana, Mexico on percussion and vocals; and from Houston, Texas, Leah Zeger on violin and vocals. The talents and the backgrounds of these individual musicians are as versatile as the music they play. Their polished talent, hip look, original and fun arrangements, palpable chemistry on stage create their phenomenal performances.
