Joto Sake Brewer's Dinner
Saiko Sake and Sushi Bar in North Park presents the first ever San Diego Joto Sake Brewer's Dinner. Join us Thursday May 14th at 6:30 p.m. as Saiko welcomes five of Japan's most talented Master Brewers. Our innovative chefs, led by Executive Chef/ Owner Anthony Pascale will prepare a five course tasting menu paired with handmade sake from each brewery. End dinner on a sweet note with a special doughnut created by Nomad Donuts' Kristianna Zabala. Saiko owner and Certified Sake Professional Evan Bennett will provide an introductory tutorial on the basics of sake as well as explain the thought process behind the food pairings. The brewers and translators will be on hand to answer questions about their products and techniques. Don't miss out on this rare opportunity to discuss the craft of making sake with Japanese Master Brewers.
