Shawl-Anderson Youth Semester-End Performances
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to come to more than one show, please purchase tickets for ONE show only, then use that ticket to attend any of the other three shows! We know that some families have children in more than one show or multiple children performing at different times, so your ticket for any show will get you into any additional shows.
You are welcome to buy tickets here, at our front desk or at the door at the Laney College Theater (cash, check, card).
Join us to celebrate the work of our youth and teachers this semester! This is also a great way to invite friends with kids and teens to check out what we have to offer. Please spread the word.
In keeping with Shawl-Anderson tradition, these shows aim to share the accomplishments of each class with our community in a non-competitive and celebratory performance setting. We support each class and their creative contribution. We hope you will too!
We do opt to use a theater for these shows in order to give students the experience and opportunity to perform on a professional stage with full theatrical lights. This teaches our students about the presence, focus and team work required to create a successful performance for an audience.
We are also pleased to be sharing the work at Laney College Theater again this year. We look forward to seeing you at the shows!
