Vegetable Delights: A Culinary Adventure at a DC Farmer's Market
Join us for an afternoon of culinary delights as we visit a farmer's market and enjoy a cooking class with Kathryn Warnes from Taste of Place. During the first section of the day, we will go to Eastern Market to purchase fresh, seasonal ingredients that we will later cook. Then, we will go to Kathryn's house to enjoy a private cooking class, focusing on using fresh vegetables. The menu will be vegetarian and wine will be provided by Ecowomen.
