Saturday, Oct 10th--An Evening with Sunday Dinner Club
2:30pm: Everyone will meet at the lovely Greenhouse Bed and Breakfast -- just down the road from Mint Creek Farm. We'll gather on the trolley and head to Mint Creek Farm for a first-hand, interactive tour of our farm, where you'll get out amongst the animals and learn all the ins and outs of the place from head farmer Harry Carr. We recommend wearing shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
5pm(ish): The trolley will return guests to the Greenhouse Bed and Breakfast where we'll enjoy a fantastic meal prepared by Chefs Joshua Kulp and Christine Cikowski of Sunday Dinner Club and Honey Butter Fried Chicken. Their meal will feature various Mint Creek meats, as well as available produce from local farms including Three Plaid Farmers.

SDC Nachos with Spicy Braised Goat, Goat Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Cilantro Lime Crema, and Pickled Pepper Slaw
Potato Leek Soup with Bacon and Cilantro Pesto
Chipotle Braised Chicken and Sausage with Corn Grit Cake, Braised Winter Greens, and Lime Crema
Apple Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Whipped Cream and Salted Caramel
BYOB -- Bring your favorite libation(s) to pair with your tour and meal and we'll be off to the races!
These are incredibly kid-friendly events, and might just be the perfect way to spend a summer evening. We'd love to see you!
