On April 30, join Acadia to celebrate the launch of James Beard weekend with an evening of bluegrass and bourbon!
Chef/Partner Ryan McCaskey's special menu for the evening includes a suckling roast pig, raw oyster bar, smoked shrimp, smoked trout, Acadia's famous lobster roll and more.
Enjoy bourbon inspired cocktails created by guest bartenders while listening to live entertainment from Dime Store String Band.
A silent auction with donations from some of the city's premier athletes and top restaurants will round out the night. A portion of the proceeds from this evening's event will benefit the Chicago Zoological Society | Brookfield Zoo.
