WTS Social Media Lunch Program 01-19-2011
Please join the Puget Sound Chapter of WTS at a presentation about social media and transportation. Before launching an informational campaign about a project or proposal it's important to ask these key questions: Who do you want to reach? What do you want them to do or know? What would you want to hear? And if they have something to say, are you listening?
Join us at our next WTS luncheon where we talk social media with four local experts, WSDOT's Web Director Jeremy Bertrand, King County Webmaster Sabra Schneider, EnviroIssues Chief Technology Officer Chris Morse, and Sound Transit's Jaime Vogt. The panel will be moderated by PRR's Dave Radford.
We'll discuss the social media landscape, examples of successful social media efforts for transportation projects, and obstacles you can expect and overcome. And, we'll offer time for you to ask questions.
