The 39 Steps
The 39 Steps is a hilarious, fast-paced comedy based on the 1935 Hitchcock thriller of the same name. The story follows the protagonist, Richard Hannay, a lonely bachelor who suddenly finds himself the suspect of a murder investigation. The victim? A mysterious beautiful women who warns him of the danger of a secret organization called the 39 Steps. Hannay then must race across the United Kingdom, risking life and limb to clear his name and solve the mystery of the 39 Steps. The JEB Stuart production features original films by the IB film class, inspired by Hitchcock and the Golden Age of Cinema; hilarious hijinks, daring acts, magic, mystery and mayhem. Be sure to see it both weekends as we have two talented casts and you won't want to miss a beat! Recommended for ages 8+ for some mildly mature content.
