Beast Women Spring Series 2015

Beast Women is an All-Female Performance Variety Revue serving as a platform to showcase the best female talent in Chicago. The show features live performance acts consisting of a diverse assortment of genres including music, poetry, dance, performance art, spoken word, burlesque, etc. Women are encouraged to display their passion, strength, freedom, and sensuality in order to help reveal the very things that make them the women they are today. The only demands placed upon them are to be original and be bold.

Beast Women highlights women's primal strength through performance. The show is an invigorating and stimulating experience that operates on a concept of revolving individual performances offering many comedic as well as dramatic interpretations. Variety is our strength. Entertaining and inspiring the audience is our goal.

Produced by Jillian Erickson and Michelle Power, Beast Women, since the summer of 2007, have worked vigorously to promote women in the arts through an energetic, playful, and fiercely talented vehicle of live theatre. Beast Women, has received extensive praise from various theatrical critics, and never-ending love and support from audience members. With 188 performances and counting, Beast Women continues to be Chicago's Premier Performance Revue.
