Chef John Madriaga's next cooking class will take you on a deep-sea adventure. Together you will explore different types of fish and shellfish, while chef John discusses and demonstrates how to select, care for, and cook each ingredient. An amazing selection of wines will be pulled from the cellar and paired with your multi-course meal, featuring the dishes of the day.
Your experience will include instruction, lunch, wine pairings, and recipes.
