Crime and Punishment
When a pawnbroker and her sister are murdered the motive appears to be money, but Inspector Porfiry is seduced by a more psychological explanation. With no evidence left at the crime scene, the killer is poised to get away with the perfect crime. This award winning adaptation is a 90 minute meditation on faith and redemption set against the themes of the well loved literary masterpiece. Performed by only three actors playing multiple roles it is a tour-de-force acting spectacle of story-driven narrative.
