Wombat Theatre Co's MACBETH

Shakespeare's potent tragedy on the nature of ambition comes to life in Wombat Theatre Company's intense production of Macbeth. Expressionistic staging takes the audience into the mind of the notorious Scottish warrior, from his bloody rise to the throne through his paranoid reign and down into the all-consuming depths of his madness. A fast-paced and visceral production swarming with witches and demons, guilt and treachery, war and murder upon murder that careens toward its climax. When lust for power takes over Macbeth, all hell literally breaks loose.
