Frosty Bob and J's Summer Camp bring "Utopiacopia" back to Bryant-Lake Bowl for another summer of campy fun!
"Utopiacopia" is a solo drag performance set on a spaceship traveling to Utopiacopia, a planet somewhere over the rainbow. Along our journey, led by volunteer flight attendant Marcy, we peruse the last remaining issues of SkyMall, keep company with Dorothy Gale, and learn the true meaning of #friendship. We sing! We dance! We ask the hard questions: Gender? Authority? Identity? Space travel? The future? Is Judy Garland a robot? And somewhere under the layers of well-applied cake foundation, false lashes and ruby slippers, the artist emerges.
