Cajun Charcuterie: Tasting and Conversation
Join Stephen Stryjewski of New Orleans' Cochon Restaurant and our own NOLA-bred Morgan Maki for an evening of Cajun preserved meats. Together with the Sheana Davis, Epicurean Connection, we're serving up history and food (think andouille, tasso, and slow cooked collards) to give you a good introduction to the flavors of this hybrid and fascinating cuisine.
