AGILE CT MEETING: Tuesday 2011-01-04 630PM-830PM
User story mapping is a technique for quickly visualizing the content and structure of high-level requirements. The User Story Map is a story-board technique based on a sequence of actions, the functional features, or the overall flow of a system.
The technique is useful for rapidly building a shared model of the breadth and depth of system requirements. It allows us to see the big picture and drill down into it, using dialogue and narrative to describe the structure of a system. User Story Mapping is a form of Visual Management, a best practice of Agile teams.
This is a brief presentation of the User Story Mapping technique followed by a group-level exercise to make the learning concrete.
