Capital Burlesque Expo 2015 Workshop with Kitten N Lou!
As part of the 2015 Capital Burlesque Expo Weekend we are proud to host workshops by some of the best in burlesque!
Kitten N' Lou's CAMP Camp:
Embrace your inner camp queen or king as Kitten N' Lou guide you through various tricks and tools to infuse your burlesque with a shot of hilarity! Beginning with a dance based warm up for your body and brain, we will integrate Kitten N' Lou's choreographic stylings with structured theatrical exercises to develop skills that command an audience's attention and take them on a ride. Play with ideas of slapstick, facial exaggeration, and comedic timing, as you learn to toe the line of sex and comedy. Funny is sexy!
All levels of dance experience welcome. Please wear clothes you can move in and bring shoes you like to perform in!
The workshops will take place in the seminar room at Wicked Wanda's Adult Emporium (327 Bank St). Space is limited so reserve your spot right away!
