Bean Suppah 3
Help us welcome spring -- finally! -- with the third installment in our popular Bean Suppah series. Rosemont chef Brad Messier will this time around be joined by the fabulous Josh Potocki, of Pocket Brunch fame (and a whole lotta other fame, too). Josh and Brad love to cook together, and they'll whip up mountains of classic Bean Supper fare, slightly snazzed up and localized.
Rosemont Bean Suppahs are truly fun for the whole family! You'll all enjoy a great meal with copious food and local beer as well as other refreshments, accompanied by live music to set a festive mood! This time, we'll once again have great beer from Oxbow, and Harper Burke and Friends will be playing the music. In addition, we'll have a short presentation by Maine Farmland Trust.
Kids come for free (though they need tickets too), adults pay $30. We'll serve classic New England bean supper dishes -- baked beans, casseroles, brown bread, fresh salads, sweet treats and more -- playfully and creatively rendered from all-natural, local ingredients.
There's no better way to emerge from hibernal slumber, and rekindle your love of community, than to come socialize with your neighbors and friends. Bring everyone you know! (And maybe a bib, too.)
