The Joy of Cheese Presents The Classics at Clerkenwell: The Blues
There is a canon of cheese and for the next few months at The Clerkenwell, 49 Clinton St. we're going to explore the best way possible--by sampling the fromage and discussing it. Please join us January 18 at 7:30 for our annual survey of blues. We will have eight blues that are essential to understanding the history and range of flavors that blues offer. Tickets are $25 and you for your drinks separately.
