Conor Grennan: Saving Nepal's Trafficked Children
In 2004, Conor Grennan set out on a year-long adventure around the world, starting with a volunteer stint in war-torn Nepal. In his three months at the Little Princes orphanage, Grennan learned the "orphans" were actually victims of human trafficking, and his vacation turned into an ongoing commitment to reunite children with their families. Now Grennan, author of Little Princes, continues his mission through the nonprofit organization Next Generation Nepal. Presented by The Town Hall Center for Civic Life, with University Book Store. Series media sponsorship provided by PubliCola. Series supported by The Boeing Company Charitable Trust and the RealNetworks Foundation.
