TPR Cinema Tuesdays Series: Giant
The first film in the 2015 TPR Cinema Tuesdays Series, is the sprawling Texas epic "Giant."
Giant, directed by George Stevens, is based on the novel by Edna Ferber. It is a giant of a movie, covering over 25 years and tackling the subjects of prejudice, change, and hope.
Starring Elizabeth Taylor, Rock Hudson and James Dean in his final role, "Giant" is a Texas classic.
Tickets are available for a suggested price of $10 for TPR Members and $15 for non-members. Proceeds benefit Texas Public Radio.
Please note: This film will be at the Santikos Palladium, and will begin at 7 p.m. The Box office will open at 5 p.m., with seating beginning at 6 p.m.
