Helga Davis' piece, "Things fall apart", features Ms. Davis in an intimate performance at the Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art. Her critically acclaimed work offers an experience that is both visually and audibly stunning.
"Try. Try again. Try harder, and then watch as things fall apart. Fear, anxiety, longing. Hope? No. That's going to take a little longer. Things fall apart is what happens the stories, the sounds, the songs the standing in the moment. Come, and find yourself."

REKKEGE in collaboration with Snug Harbor presents a live concert by Shayfer James and his band, who weave musical landscapes with their piano-driven anthems that evoke the gauzy, sweaty sexuality of gulf coast barrooms with the fantastical, narcotic mysticism of a Lewis Carroll-inspired three ring circus.
Tickets for both Helga Davis and Shayfer James concerts are $15.
