Help us repel the pirate invasion of Virginia City and join us for another year in the illustrious Piper's Opera House for dancing and merriment at the 5th Annual Steampunk Ball!
The first musical act to take the stage in Piper's Opera House will be the regional favorite bluegrass group Strange on the Range, which will be accompanied by Contra Dance Caller extraordinaire Barbara Smith of Houston. After a break for the annual costume contest, the stage will be turned over to the Nathaniel Johnstone Band out of Seattle, Washington. Refreshments and treats will once again be supplied by Edible Alchemy. Their wondrous creations are not to be missed!
We will once again open the Silver Queen Hotel and Saloon to our guests with ambiance rooms, music and merriment. Music in the Saloon will include the 1940's swing Let's Dance Band and local ragtime pianist Squeek Steele. The Silver Queen will also house the ever-popular Portrait Studio in the Wedding Chapel.
Organized events start as early as Friday evening, so book your rooms now!
