Spring Retreat with Marcy Vaughn, May 15 (evening/optional) and May 16-17
Online registration is closed. Please contact anne@partnersinplace.com to register. Thank you!

Please join us for our spring workshop!

+ Learn guided meditations that focus the mind together with the breath and simple, seated physical movements
+ Rest and renew your body, energy, and mind
+ Reflect on your relationship to self, family and friends, and your work or service in the world
+ Embrace challenges with awareness and warmth and release the way they are held
+ Cultivate a more open and flexible way of being present in every moment

Incorporating these practices into your everyday life will help you connect to your inner wisdom and creativity, enjoy a relaxed and aware state of mind, and allow the expression of positive qualities such as love, compassion, joy, and equanimity.

Everyone is welcome
The workshop is suitable for those who are new to meditation, those who have meditated previously and seek continued support, and those who wish to refresh an established practice through a complementary experience.

A contemplative, non-sectarian practice rooted in ancient tradition
The 3 Doors is an educational, non-sectarian organization inspired by the vision of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, a Tibetan Bön Buddhist meditation master. The purpose of the organization is to offer simple and powerful meditation methods of body, speech, and mind that work with the challenges of everyday life in modern society.

JUST WANT A TASTE? Join us for a guided meditation on Fri May 15 from 7-9 pm; same location, no need to register.

Marcy Vaughn is known for her engaging and practice-oriented teaching style. As director of program development for The 3 Doors, she leads meditation retreats around the world, often teaching with her husband, Gabriel Rocco. Marcy has been a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism and Bön for more than 40 years. A senior student of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, she is the editor of his books Tibetan Sound Healing, Awakening the Sacred Body, and Awakening the Luminous Mind. A graduate in the first class of the master's program in Contemplative Psychotherapy at Naropa University, Marcy conducts training programs in the therapeutic uses of mindfulness, imagery, and contemplative practices and is a therapist in private practice in Bryn Mawr, PA.
