Passport to Urban Wine Country
Once a year, the urban winemakers of the East Bay Vintners Alliance (EBVA), whose members include over 20 urban wineries in Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley and Castro Valley, open their doors to the public for a "Passport to Urban Wine Country" month-long event.
This seventh annual event begins with a kick-off weekend Saturday, May 2 Sunday, May 3 from noon to 5:00 p.m. both days and will feature wine tasting, food pairings, entertainment, exclusive barrel tastings and general merriment.
Can't make it to all wineries in one weekend? Ticket-holders will receive a complimentary tasting at each participating winery throughout the entire month of May!
